Terms:
To those who have established credit with us, payment is net 30 days.
If you do not have an established account, a cah down payment of 50% is
required with your order and balance due 15 days prior to shipment.
All accounts over 30 days are subject to a service charge of 1½%
per month plus cost of collection.
Prices herin
are for the trade only and cancel all previous prices by us. All
prices are F.O.B McMinnville, TN. Prices are based on present market conditions
and are subject to change without notice.
CLAIMS: No claims
will be considered unless made in writing within ten days after receipt
of plants.
Shipping: We
request our buyers to give instructions regarding the way you want your
orders shipped. If you do not, we will use our best judgment as to the
best way.
Condition of sales: Every
effort is made to keep our stock true to name and well up to grade. We
hold ourselves in readiness to make satisfactory adjustment for anything
that proves to be otherwise. It is mutually agreed that we will not
be responsible for more than the original purchase price.
Inspection: Our Nursery
stock has been inspected by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture.
Summer Digging: May 15th through
September 30th add 20% to our price list prices. A 50% deposit is required
on all orders.
We have
some items not listed send us your wnat list for items not listed.
The customer is responsible for unloading
truck.
Location: We are
located three miles east of McMinnville just off of Highway 127 North on
the Old Shellsford Road near the Shellsford Baptist Church.
