To the Nursery Trade

   In bringing you our Fall 2007 and Spring 2008 price list, we invite you to look through our catalog at all the new items which we are introducing this year. 
     We would like to thank all of our customers for the trust you have put in us to fulfill your plant needs, and we look for ward to serving you again this coming season.  To new prospects, we wish to invite you to allow us to supply, with confidence, your plant materials. 
     We welcome all your bid lists on items which you may not find here; some plants we have in limited quantities and did not publish.

     Cash with order, unless other arrangements have been made.  Customers with established credit accounts are net thirty days from the date of shipment.  First time purchases, we require payment in advance.  All past due accounts will be charged 18% interest,  plus cost of collection agency. On all C.O.D. orders you must pay 50% deposit down when ordering.  No discounts for orders under $200.00.
     Pricing breaks are in quantities of 300 or more of one variety at the 1000 rate.  Bare root materials, liners must be ordered in minimum quantities of 100 each variety.  All prices are quoted subject to the market changes, supply being exhausted or destroyed by acts of nature beyond our control.  All varieties are true to name and will be replaced upon proper proof that it is otherwise.  We will not be responsible for more than the original purchase price.  Our stock is graded and handled and packed with the best of care, however, if damage occurs during transit, we will not be responsible.  All stock travels at the risk of the purchaser.  No claims, of errors, shortages, etc. will be considered unless made in writing within ten days from receipt of goods.  We do not guarantee the livability of merchantability of our plants. Absolutely No Replacement on Plants dug between April and August.
     We welcome your quote and bid lists.  We have several items some in limited quantities which are not listed in the catalog, but we would be glad to price them for you.  We appreciate the opportunity to bid your list and look forward to hearing from you.

     We request definite shipping instructions with your order.  In the absence of special instructions, we will use our best judgment, without assuming responsibility.  All shipments travel at risk and expense of purchaser.  We have access to local delivery trucks at reasonable rates if you cannot make your own arrangements.  Prices are F.O.B. McMinnville, all freight cost to be paid by customers.  On bare root materials we ship UPS or Motor Freight lines.  whichever is most economical for our customers.  Boxing or baling charges are at cost for materials and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
