Prices are F.O.B. McMinnville, TN. Prices are based on current market
conditions and subject to change without notice.
Orders are accepted subject to prior orders,
crop conditions and delay or injury to our nursery stock due
to accidents, floods, hail, etc.
This nursery company warrants to the extent
of the purchase price that nursery stock sold is true-to-name
and as described within recognized tolerances. Seller gives no other
further warranty, expressed or implied and will under no circumstancebe
liable for more than the invoice value at the purchase. All shipments travel
at the risk and expense of the purchaser.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CLAIM THE TOLERANCE IN HEIGHT, AS
SET FORTH IN THE AAN STANDARD GUIDE, FOR SLOWER GROWING TREES AND
CHARGE ACCORDING TO CALIPER.
Freight is due on delivery. Unless any previous arrangements
are made before shipment, payment is to be made on arrival for freight
on all truck or partial truck loads.
