Turn right at Forest Nursery Co. ½ mile.    TERMS AND CONDITIONS    Orders by phone or wire should be confirmed by mail.    Orders are accepted subject to prior orders, crop conditions, and to delay or injury to our nursery stock due to accidents, floods, hail, etc.    The Triple K Nursery, warrants to the extent of the purchase price that nursery stock sold is true-to-name and as described within recognized tolerances. Seller gives no other or further warranty, expressed or implied, and will under no circumstances be liable for more than the invoice value at the time of purchase.    Past Due Accounts are subject to 1½ Per-Cent Per Month Service Charge, plus cost of collection.    NO CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED UNLESS MADE IN WRITING WITHIN TEN DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS.    METHOD OF SHIPMENT    Trucking Delivery and all other delivery charges are C.O.D. And must be paid at time of delivery.
