The PRICES within this booklet are strictly wholesale for the trade only and cancel ALL previous prices offered by Shahan Brothers Nursery. Our prices are based on present market conditions and are subject to change without notice. Specially tagged items will be separtely priced. A 25% summer digging charge will be assessed to material/product dug outside of the normal digging season.

TERMS: Prepayment, 25% down for C.O.D. or net 30 depending on your account type.Past due accounts are subject to a monthly 1.5% service charge. Cancellations are not accepted after stock is dug or assembled.

TRANSPORTATION instructions and directions (if necessary) are appreciated at time of order. All goods travel at purchaser's risk and expense. Freight quotes can be given at the time the order is placed.

Shahan Brothers Nursery GUARANTEES that every effort is made to fill order with quality, true to name stock in superior condition upon leaving our nursery. We are prepared, with proper proof, to replace such stock, or refund the original amount paid. Shahan Brothers Nursery 
shall not be liable for any amount greater than the original F.O.B. cost of the stock. 

CLAIMS must be made in writing within 10 days after receipt of material.

GRADING practices follow the American Standard for Nursery Stock. Minimum sizes are listed in every instance as prescribed by the AAN. In all cases, caliper size takes precedence over height.
