CONDITIONS OF SALE:
     All quotations in this list or any special quotations are made subject to market changes, supply being exhausted, or shortage beyond our control.  Prices are F.O.B. our shipping point.  Every effort will be made to supply true to name stock, and we will replace, upon proper proof, anything that may prove otherwise.  We will not be responsible for more than the original purchase price.
     Pro-Gro Nursery's policy is to grow and ship quality plants in good condition at the time of shipment, however, we give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to life, description, quality, productiveness, or any other matter of any nursery stock that we sell.
    No claims for errors or shortages will be considered unless made by written notice within ten days from the date you receive shipment.

SHIPPING:
     Our stock is packed with the greatest of care.  Our responsibility ends upon delivery of order to the carrier.  All stock travels at the purchaser's risk and expense.

BARE ROOT:
     We suggest customer pick up in an enclosed truck or trailer.  If this is not possible, we will ship UPS or motor freight.  All packing and shipping charges will be made at our cost.  We can arrange delivery with enclosed trailer on larger orders
