Prices: Prices in this list are based upon present market conditions and are subject to change without notice. These are wholesale prices F.O.B. Moore's Nursery, McMinnville.
 
Terms of Payment: To those to which we have previously extended credit or approved credit, our usual terms are thirty days net.
 
All new orders require ½ down and balance in thirty (30) days with a credit check.
 
There will be a service charge of 2% on all accounts over thirty (30) days.
 
Packing: Order less than $200.00 add 10% for bare root plants to cover packing and handling.Orders over $200.00 material at cost.

Transportation: We request our customers to give shipping instructions regarding manner in which plants are to be shipped. In the absence of special instructions, we use our own judgement without assuming responsibility. Customers are responsible for unloading trailer trucks when their plants arrive.
 
All shipments travel at the risk and expense of Purchaser. All delivery charges are C.O.D. and must be paid when stock is delivered.
