Claims: 
       Claims for any cause must be made promptly upon receipt of stock.  We will gladly adjust any mistakes made by us.  Claims must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of stock. 

Terms of Sale:  
     All prices are F.O.B. Rock Island, TN.  Terms are net cash.  Customers with credit established with us, payment is due 30 days from date of purchase.  Past due accounts are subject to a service charge of 1½ % a month. 

Conditions of Sale: 
     All plants listed are true to name.  We give no warranty, expressed or implied as to the growth or productivity of the stock.  Our liability for any error or other causes is confined to replacement or refund, not to exceed the original purchase price.
