Unless credit has been established, all sales are net cash with the order.
With established credit, our terms are strictly net with payment due on
or before the 10th of the month following the date of delivery. We offer
no discount for early payment. Past due accounts are are subject to a service
charge on the unpaid balance at the rate of 1.5% monthly.
Prices are subject to change without notice and are net- F.O.B. Four M
Greenhouses.
All stock is guaranteed true to name and in healthy condition, but we assume
no responsibility after it leaves the nursery. We give no warranty, expressed
or implied, as to description, productiveness, or any other matter of any
nursery stock we sell. It is mutually agreed that our liability for any
errors or other causes is confined to free replacement or refund of purchase
price. |

All claims must be made immediately upon receipt of stock. We shall be
glad to adjust any mistake made by us, but in no case will our liability
exceed the purchase price.

The potting soil we grow our stock with is available in bulk with a two
yard minimum. If you have specific mixing requirements, we can also custom
mix. Check with us for a price quote. |

We appreciate the opportunity to provide
our customers with quality grown plant material. We strive to grow
full, well sheared, healthy plants at competitive prices. We load
trucks efficiently and carefully to make sure plants arrive safely.
Our hours of operation are as follows:
Monday thru Friday
7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday
7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Other times for loading trucks can be made
by appointment by calling 24 hours in advance.
