Prices are FOB our nursery and are subject to change without notice. Terms: All new accounts are cash. Established accounts are Net 30 days from date of pickup. Accounts past 30 days will be charged interest at one and one-half percent (1.5) per month plus cost of collection. Companies continuall extending net 30 days terms will revert back to cash in advance only. Clams or Complaints: We guarantee all nursery stock to be in good condition when picked up. Any unsatisfactory stock must be reported immediately and held for advice from us as to disposition. We do not guarantee plants to live after accepted in good condition and will at no time be responsible for more than the purchase price.
