CLAIMS - All claims must be made in writing within ten calendar days from date of delivery. Any claims thereafter will not be acknowledged.

TERMS - To those who have established credit with us, payment is net 30 days.  If you do not have an established account, a cash down payment of 25% is required with your order and the balance C. O. D.  All accounts over 30 days are subject ot a service charge of 1½% per month (18% annually) plus cost of collection.
     Prices herin are for the trade only and cancel all previous prices offered by us.  All prices are F. O. B. McMinnville, Tennessee. Prices are based on present market conditions and are subject ot change without notice.  

SHIPPING FREIGHT CHANGES - We arrange for bulk shipment of stock by independent truckers and brokers who specialize in hauling nursery stock.  Our stock is packed with the greatest of care, therefore our responsibility ends upon delivery in good order to the carrier.  All stock travels at the expense and risk of the purchaser.  Freight charges are payable at time of delivery.  For less than trailer load quanities, we will try to help arrange a combination load

QUANTITY ORDERS - We do offer special quotations on large quantities.  Please feel free to call in reference to your needs, or fax want list to us at 931-686-8894.

FOR QUANTITIES LESS THAN 10 OF ANY ITEM ADD 10%.

LOCATED 10 MILES NORTH OF McMINNVILLE - Take Hwy. 70, 6 miles North of McMinnville, and turn at sign. Go 3 miles on Hwy. 288, watch for sign.
